First Pilates class

Expand the rib cage, try not to flare it, "smell as you inhale".
Tighten your tum, exhale through pursed lips, feel your rectus abdominis stretch.

Shoulder strengthening exercises-apparently my scapula is winged!

2 areas I need to work on: Awareness(of posture) and strength.

The posture analysis was very detailed and helpful.

Here's to better posture.
