Hmm..work this week has been rather exhausting. I'm so glad the weekend is coming! We are planning to go Nespresso machine shopping on Saturday, I am so looking forward to it. The Great Singapore Sale is here, and suddenly I've got so many things I want to buy! But then again, this is not a good time for agarophobes like me to go out, because it's really like a battlefield out there! You'd think that Singaporeans are damn rich people by just walking along Orchard Road -see them queueing up to enter the Mega Fashion Houses, grabbing stuff off the racks, flipping through the clothes like kiasu queens; it's madness I cannot handle. (They are not all Singaporeans. Actually, it's the mainland Chinese who are damn rich.) By the way, I think it's true that Singaporeans love to queue. We once went to Ippudo Ramen at Mandarin Gallery, supposedly serves really good ramen and we had to queue 45minutes! The ramen wasn't phenomenal either, it was great but we wouldn't want to queue even 15 minutes for it again! I would rather just eat a 3 dollar "chap fun". I love the unpretentious. And most importantly, I love the cheap.
